Meet AMMPE's™ Founder: Noel Foy
What led to AMMPE™?
It all started by connecting the dots. A fervor for learning and helping others reach their potential led Noel to a career in education as a Teacher, Supervisor, Learning Specialist, Tutor, Professional Development Trainer and Adjunct Professor. The diagnosis of a family member with Post Concussion Syndrome sparked a passion in brain research. This sequence, combined with life experiences as a parent led to the evolution of AMMPE™.
Whether working with learning disabled or non-learning disabled students, Noel listened to teachers, coaches, and parents lament that their students, players, or children lacked resilience and self-awareness and weren’t “getting it” or performing to their potential, despite best efforts to instruct or support them. Especially puzzling were the “underperformers,” who were known for their intellect, athleticism or talent but whose efforts didn’t reflect their true potential. AMMPE™ is Noel’s response to these challenges and fulfills her vision of igniting a paradigm shift in education by integrating Neuroscience findings about how the brain learns best into simple, practical and immediate applications that empower teachers, students, parents, coaches and athletes to maximize brain function, learning potential, motivation and engagement and performance.
Dedicated to improving the quality of teacher training and changing lives for the better, Noel helps her clients set and reach goals that reflect their true potential in school, home, athletics and life.
