While science has proven that stress is one of the biggest inhibitors to learning, relationships, behavior, well-being and performance, relatively few educators, parents, coaches and business leaders are using this to their advantage. Consequently, our workshops seize findings from the science of learning to decrease stress and maximize the brain’s “sweet spot” to boost focus, self-awareness, executive function, collaboration and resilience. Each interactive workshop, lasting from one to five hours, can be customized for teachers, administrators, parents, students, athletes, corporations and organizations.

Note: Workshops are typically offered on-site, but will be delivered virtually until further notice. All workshops currently address common challenges associated with virtual learning/meetings and provide brain-friendly solutions to getting and maintaining attention, building relationships, decreasing Zoom fatigue and increasing participation and outcomes.
